Jay Leads Ltd was founded in 2018 with a deep passion for helping dogs and their owners. What started as dog training soon evolved into a full focus on dog behaviour, earning recognised qualifications in the field. Our success has been driven by genuine care rather than financial gain—we do this for the love of dogs and to create better relationships between them and their humans.
A Lifelong Love for Dogs
Dogs have always been a huge part of our lives. Over the years, we’ve shared our home with a Rottweiler, several German Shepherds, and a Spaniel. Among them was Zeus, a highly trained security dog, and Sam, an ex-police German Shepherd. Each dog has taught us valuable lessons about behaviour, trust, and the incredible potential for transformation.
From Surrender to Success
Our current German Shepherd, Willow, came to us after being surrendered by her owners due to severe behavioural issues. They simply couldn’t cope. Today, Willow thrives both at work and in our office, proving that with the right approach, even the most challenging dogs can turn a corner.
Our mission is to help more dogs like Willow, ensuring they get the second chance they deserve while making life easier for their owners.
